When it comes to life-changing wealth management support, a one-size-fits-all approach won’t do. You will always have a fully personalised service from Red Kite.
Below, you’ll find an outline of the typical fees you might expect to pay. No work will be undertaken until you’re fully happy with the service offered, and all charges have been agreed. Every step of the way, you’re in control.
Typical Charges, Explained
Discovery and assessment
Initial meeting with Red Kite Wealth Management at our expense:
- Chance to ask questions about us, what we do, how we work and how we are paid.
- Opportunity for us to find out what you are looking for and how we can help.
- Followed by confirmation from us as to what our charges will be, if you decide to instruct us.
Making our recommendations:
- Gathering of information of relevant policies by writing to the respective companies.
- Analysis of your current policies, investments, pensions and savings (where appropriate).
- Completion of an Attitude to Risk Questionnaire and discussion of your risk profile.
- Recommendation of asset allocation to match risk level.
- Thorough research from the whole of the market to select the most appropriate solutions for you.
- Detailed recommendation report explaining our advice, recommendations and next steps.
£1,950 Fixed Fee*
*This fee is waived if you decide to proceed with implementation
Policy arrangement and implementation
This part of our process includes:
- Completion of all paperwork on your behalf
- Submission of applications to the relevant providers and administration of application until completion.
- Regular updates to keep you informed of progress.
- Confirmation of set up as appropriate.
- Set up of online access to Personal Finance Portal and/or direct with provider, where appropriate.
3% up to £500,000
2% from £500,000 to £1,000,000
1% from £1,000,000 upwards
Example 1:
To arrange an investment on your behalf for £50,000, the implementation fee would be £1,500. As this is less than the discovery and assessment fee of £1,950, you’d be charged an additional £450 as the balance. The total fee payable would be £1,950.
Example 2:
To arrange investments on your behalf totalling £750,000, the policy arrangement and implementation fee would be £15,000. As this exceeds the discovery and assessment fee, no other charges would be applied. The total fee payable would be £15,000
Ongoing support
An annual financial review including discussion around:
- your needs and objectives
- impact of tax and legislative changes
- your will and personal estate
- the suitability of your investments.
We will also provide:
- Performance monitoring of your portfolio and assets
- Implement any necessary amendments based on your changing circumstances
0.7% of assets under management*
*Subject to a minimum of £600 per annum.
Example 1:
If your investments are valued at £20,000, the 0.7% charge of £140 would be below our minimum fee. You’d be charged the difference of £460 at the end of the annual period from when this agreement was dated. The total fee payable would be £600 per annum.
Example 2:
If your investments are valued at £500,000, the 0.7% charge would be £3,500 and would be the total fee payable for that year.
